Created in 1851, Jeweler's row is the oldest diamond district in the United States, and also one of the largest. Over 150 stores line the streets only one block from Independence Hall. Jewelers' Row is on Sansom Street between Seventh and Eighth Streets and on Eighth Street between Chestnut and Walnut Streets.
